Ordered my food online for pickup. The lady at the front was so nice! I told her it was my first time getting the soup and she just made me feel good just by saying "I hope you like it. It's really good" and gave my onions. Fast. She was cleaning. And she had already gave me a bunch of sauces. Good customer service makes a difference! Thanks

I don't like leaving a negative review, but the customer service provided me today at around 3:20pm, Order Number: 124 by Evelyn were horrible. When greeting me, she seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her. When taking my order she seemed to be dismissive and had quite the attitude. Even after handing my order to me, she was not so nice or in any means or way Customer Service oriented. Even though the food was good, I don't think I want to come back here again and risk the odds of having to feel bad for being there. I would highly suggest either training current team or hiring candidates that know how to build customer relations & public relations. The fact that I did not enjoy my customer experience here easily makes me want to just go to a further location. I know that the Flame Broiler on Firestone even offers better customer service than this. Setting the poor customer service aside, the place itself was pretty clean and took them about 3 minutes to serve my order which is pretty good. I was happy with everything else, just not the service. 2/25/2018 I have switched my review to a 5 star because I came back and my experience was amazing. I came around 5:15 on this day and was helped by Sandra. She took my order and even cooked and put together my order! She was very quick and efficient in her work. She really displayed strong customer service skills. It really gave me a change of heart after coming here and not having to worry about having a negative experience. Just want to say that this young lady does treat the place as if it were her own, she made me feel just like at home. Thank you Sandra for the utmost wonderful experience! She serves as a good role model , and again I am grateful for the overall huge improvement in my experience!!!
